MACTE Recognized Organizations
MACTE Recognized Organizations (MROs) provide guidance and ongoing support for the development and running of Montessori educator preparation programs. This can include guidelines for areas like curriculum and professional development. MROs may choose to expand upon MACTE’s accreditation standards and thresholds. Each MRO is eligible to nominate three or more individuals to serve on the MACTE Board.
